📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the health center, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.,Manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and service quality.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and efficient service delivery.,Monitor and manage the health center's budget, ensuring financial sustainability and efficiency.,Represent the health center at community events and meetings, promoting our services and values.,Ensure the health center's compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, partners, and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the healthcare industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, staff, and stakeholders.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both spoken and written.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.,Experience in budget management and financial planning.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
