📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

Process and verify customer invoices and payments using SAP or similar accounting software.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports.
Follow up on overdue payments and resolve any discrepancies.
Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to the accounting team.
Assist in the preparation of bank reconciliations and other financial statements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal teams.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
Proficiency in English both written and spoken.
Familiarity with accounting software such as SAP, QuickBooks, or similar.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
