📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in-store with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Use our CRM system to log and track customer interactions, ensuring no request is overlooked.
• Assist in stock management by verifying product availability and restocking as needed.
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers, ensuring they leave satisfied with their purchases.
• Collaborate with the sales team to upsell and cross-sell products, contributing to our revenue growth.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
• Provide feedback to the management team on customer satisfaction and service improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Indonesian.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with basic computer skills, including email and CRM software.
• Customer-centric mindset with a genuine desire to help others.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
