PT Kartika Cakrawala is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Inventory Staff to join our team in Menteng, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our inventory processes to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management and a passion for continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage inventory processes including stock control, ordering, and replenishment.,Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records are maintained.,Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to optimize inventory levels.,Implement and monitor inventory management systems and tools.,Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.,Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Train and mentor junior staff on inventory management best practices.,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement inventory strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing inventory processes efficiently.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using inventory management software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian business practices and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
