📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement manufacturing processes for in vitro diagnostics products,Optimize existing processes to improve efficiency and quality,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process compliance with regulatory requirements,Conduct process validation studies and document results,Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues,Provide technical support and training to production teams,Monitor and maintain process performance metrics,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in process development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field,Minimum 3 years of experience in process development for in vitro diagnostics or related industries,Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements,Experience with process validation and troubleshooting,Proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods,Excellent communication and teamwork skills,Familiarity with laboratory equipment and instrumentation,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
