📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement cost control strategies and plans for construction projects.,Monitor and analyze project costs to ensure they are within budget.,Prepare and analyze cost reports and forecasts.,Identify and mitigate cost overruns and other financial risks.,Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure cost efficiency.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Provide training and guidance to junior staff on cost control practices.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost control and construction management.,Strong knowledge of construction cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis.,Proven experience in managing construction projects in Bali.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with cost control software and tools.
