Provide technical support and assistance to staff and clients,Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues,Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems,Provide training and support to end-users,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and workstations,Familiarity with various operating systems and software applications,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with IT security best practices and standards
