📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operations and management of the production line,Monitor and maintain production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure product quality,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials,Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives,Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation,Assist in the training and development of new employees,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with ERP systems and other operational software is a plus,Ability to travel to different locations within Bali as needed,Fluent in English and Indonesian
