📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control and ordering.,Train and mentor store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior is a plus.
