📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the sales team, ensuring that they are meeting their sales targets and goals.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Train and mentor new sales team members, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.,Attend and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand our reach and visibility.,Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department, ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales management or leadership role.,Strong understanding of the automotive industry and market trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.,Fluency in English and local language is a plus.
