📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register or point-of-sale system.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.,Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests and addressing their needs promptly.,Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with company policies.,Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and courteously.,Assist with opening and closing procedures, including counting cash and reconciling transactions.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.,Promote and upsell menu items to increase sales and revenue.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience as a Cashier or in a customer service role is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.,Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Friendly and professional demeanor, with a customer-focused mindset.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
