Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of the bakery,Supervise and mentor staff to ensure high performance and productivity,Ensure that all products meet quality standards and regulations,Develop and implement operational plans and strategies,Monitor and analyze operational performance to identify areas for improvement,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure smooth operations,Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the bakery

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar operational management role in the food and beverage industry,Proven track record of managing and leading teams,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with food safety and quality assurance standards,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software
