📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial plans and cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Mentor and train junior staff to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure all construction activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar.
• Certification in Construction Management (CM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Bali.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
