📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the organization and presentation of merchandise to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.,Stock and manage inventory to maintain optimal levels of merchandise.,Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their purchases and answering any questions they may have.,Promote sales and special offers to customers to drive revenue and increase sales.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.,Assist in the preparation and execution of promotional events and displays to attract customers and drive sales.,Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.,Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Familiarity with basic inventory management and stock control.,Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 20 pounds.,Friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for customer service.,Willingness to learn and grow in the retail industry.
