📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage a team of 5-10 employees, ensuring high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.,Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and support as needed.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.,Participate in company meetings and contribute to strategic decision-making.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Represent the company in client interactions and meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong understanding of HR practices and policies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of achieving team and individual goals.
