📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting activities, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and payroll processing.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports.,Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial projections.,Provide financial advice and guidance to the management team.,Maintain and update the company's accounting software and systems.,Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Supervise and train junior accounting staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English is a plus.
