📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Represent Root Nest Berjaya as the face of the brand, ensuring consistent and positive brand image.,Develop and implement brand ambassador programs to engage and retain customers.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Organize and participate in events, promotions, and campaigns to enhance brand visibility.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.,Monitor and report on the performance of brand ambassador activities and initiatives.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand ambassador roles or similar positions.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.,Ability to travel and work in various locations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
