Overseeing the IT infrastructure and ensuring its smooth operation,Providing technical support to employees and resolving IT issues,Managing and maintaining IT systems, including hardware and software,Implementing and maintaining IT security measures,Coordinating with vendors and service providers for IT services,Ensuring compliance with IT policies and procedures,Providing training and guidance to IT staff,Monitoring and analyzing IT performance and making recommendations for improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems,Experience with IT security measures and compliance,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
