📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, including staff scheduling and patient care coordination.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.,Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and staff performance.,Conduct regular staff meetings and provide guidance and support to nursing staff.,Monitor and evaluate patient care quality, and address any issues promptly.,Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated patient care.,Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest nursing practices and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent.,Leadership and management experience in a healthcare setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Valid nursing license and certification in Indonesia.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
