📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Manage and supervise a team of operational staff,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs),Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations,Manage and control operational costs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Proven track record of successfully managing operations in a fast-paced environment,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
