• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a must.
• Certification in operations management or project management is a plus.
