📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the production section, ensuring efficient and effective production processes.,Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet production targets and deadlines.,Monitor production performance and quality, implementing corrective actions as needed to maintain high standards.,Lead and mentor production team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and coordination of production activities.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to support their professional development.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, promoting a safe working environment for all team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production leadership role within the automotive manufacturing industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and leading production teams.,Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate team members.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with ERP and MES systems is a plus.
