📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions to accurately reflect the needs of the position.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions.,Maintain a strong relationship with current employees to understand their needs and contribute to a positive work environment.,Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to ensure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.
