📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates for our organization.,Source and screen candidates for various job openings, ensuring a diverse and qualified applicant pool.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts and leverage professional relationships to source top talent.,Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement, contributing to the continuous enhancement of our recruitment processes.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
