📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide comprehensive IT support to faculty, staff, and students, ensuring smooth operation of the school's technology infrastructure.,Manage and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly and efficiently.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to enhance the efficiency and security of the school's IT environment.,Train and mentor junior IT staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Collaborate with the IT team to plan and execute IT projects, ensuring they align with the school's goals and objectives.,Monitor and maintain the school's IT systems, performing regular backups and updates to prevent data loss and ensure optimal performance.,Ensure compliance with all relevant IT regulations and standards, including data protection and cybersecurity measures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT helpdesk or support roles, with a strong background in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.,Proven experience in managing and maintaining IT systems in an educational environment.,Strong knowledge of ITIL or similar frameworks for IT service management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.,Familiarity with educational technology platforms and tools is a strong asset.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
