📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.,Training and supervising junior staff members.,Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Promoting products and driving sales through effective marketing strategies.,Maintaining a clean and organized store environment.,Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.,Preparing and baking a variety of bread and pastry products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Operator or similar role.,Proven track record of managing store operations effectively.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and ordering systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic understanding of baking techniques and recipes.,Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.,High school diploma or equivalent.
