📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the payroll process, including calculating salaries, deductions, and benefits.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Process and distribute employee payments accurately and on time.
Maintain and update payroll records and reports.
Provide excellent customer service to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of tax-related documents.
Collaborate with the HR team and other departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.
Stay updated with the latest payroll software and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing or a related role.
Familiarity with payroll software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
