📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive organizational assessments to identify growth opportunities and challenges.
• Develop and implement strategic plans tailored to client needs, focusing on operational efficiency and scalability.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to empower leadership teams and employees.
• Utilize data analytics tools like Microsoft Power BI to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of growth strategies.
• Monitor progress and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in organizational development.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an Organizational Growth Consultant or similar role.
• Certification in Organizational Development (e.g., PMI-ACP, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
• Proven experience with SAP ERP and Microsoft Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
