📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, using tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, and our internal HRIS system.
• Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions that align with our organizational goals.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our team.
• Manage the hiring process, including offer letters, background checks, and reference verification.
• Facilitate onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company culture.
• Develop and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Address employee concerns and conflicts, acting as a mediator and facilitator to resolve issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR recruitment and employee relations, preferably in the pharmaceutical or related industries.
• Certification in HR practices, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, is a plus.
• Proficient in using HR software and tools, including BambooHR, Workday, and Greenhouse.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Understanding of local labor laws and regulations in Bali.
