📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
- Install, configure, and manage VMware ESXi and vCenter.
- Configure and manage Cisco networking devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Implement and manage Microsoft System Center for monitoring and automation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security best practices.
- Provide technical support to end-users and other IT teams.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure administration.
- Certifications in VMware, Cisco, or Microsoft System Center are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with virtualization technologies and cloud platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework is a plus.
