📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and optimization of mechanical and electrical systems in construction projects.
• Manage a team of M&E technicians, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project timelines.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to integrate M&E systems into the overall project design.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Utilize tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360 for design and documentation.
• Provide technical support and training to project teams.
• Ensure timely and efficient resolution of technical issues and challenges.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of M&E activities and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&E supervision in construction projects.
• Certifications in M&E systems, such as NEC, OSHA, or equivalent.
• Proven experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360.
• Strong knowledge of local Indonesian building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
