As a Merchandiser / Van Sales Driver, you'll spend your days behind the wheel, visiting retail partners, and engaging with customers. You'll be responsible for maintaining a well-stocked van, managing inventory, and executing sales strategies to meet targets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain the van inventory, ensuring products are well-stocked and presented.
- Visit retail partners to promote and sell our FMCG products.
- Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and van inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with retail partners.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance merchandising and sales skills.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in merchandising or sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Proficiency in using sales and inventory management software such as SAP or Oracle.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the FMCG industry and retail market trends.
- Good knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Willingness to travel and work in various locations in Bali.
