As part of our Wilmar International team in Badung, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our palm oil mill facilities, managing a team of skilled technicians, and implementing robust maintenance strategies to maximize efficiency and productivity.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our engineering and production teams to identify and resolve equipment issues, conduct regular inspections, and implement preventive maintenance schedules using industry-standard tools like SAP PM and Maximo. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining compliance with safety regulations and ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with international standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations of the palm oil mill, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
• Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance activities, using tools like SAP PM and Maximo.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment failures and extend asset lifespan.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve equipment issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with suppliers to manage spare parts inventory and ensure timely delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in the palm oil or manufacturing industry.
• Certifications in SAP PM or Maximo are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and other international quality and safety regulations.
• Experience with predictive maintenance and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) is a plus.
